Competencies

Die Teilnehmer entwickeln ihre Fähigkeit, selbständig biologische Daten experimentell zu erzeugen oder mit Methoden der Bioinformatik zu analysieren. Der darüber zu erstellende Bericht stellt eine Vorbereitung auf das Verfassen der Masterarbeit dar.

Content of teaching

Zu einem gemeinsam zwischen der oder dem Studierenden und der oder dem Betreuenden vereinbarten Thema aus dem Bereich der Genomforschung wird eine praktische Arbeit weitgehend selbständig durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse des Projektes werden vorgetragen und in einer schriftlichen Ausarbeitung festgehalten. Die Ausarbeitung dient der wissenschaftlichen Dokumentation des Projektes.
