Competencies

Das Modul dient dem Erlernen von spezielleren Präparationstechniken (Arbeiten unter verschiedenen Bedingungen, fortgeschrittene Inertgas- und Vakuumtechniken), und der fortgeschrittenen Auswertung analytisch-spektroskopischer Daten (NMR, MS, IR etc.). Des Weiteren sollen vertiefte Fähigkeiten zur sicheren Laborarbeit und zur wissenschaftlichen Dokumentation experimenteller Arbeiten erworbern werden.

Content of teaching

Das Praktikum vermittelt anspruchsvollere anorganisch-chemische Synthesechemie aus den Bereichen Elementorganische Chemie und Komplexchemie. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt auf fortgeschrittenem Arbeiten unter verschiedenen Inertgas- und Vakuumbedingungen.

Um dem experimentellen Charakter des Moduls gerecht zu werden, wird ein Portfolio aus Versuchen erstellt. Ein Versuch besteht aus:

  • Überprüfung der Vorkenntnisse inklusive sicherheitsrelevanter Aspekte (Antestat)
  • Versuchsdurchführung und Protokollierung von Beobachtungen und Ergebnissen
  • Anfertigen eines schriftlichen Versuchsprotokolls
  • Gespräch über das Versuchsprotokoll (Abtestat)
