261015 Das Tötungsverbot in der angewandten Ethik (S) (SoSe 2015)

Das Tötungsverbot zählt zweifellos zum Kern unserer moralischen Überzeugungen. Es gibt aber eine ganze Reihe von Situationen, in denen seine Geltung nicht mehr so selbstverständlich ist: u.a. Selbstverteidigung, Suizid, Sterbehilfe, Abtreibung, Todesstrafe, Kriegführung. In dem Seminar werden wir diese Situationen auf der Basis moderner systematischer Texte ethisch untersuchen. Der Seminarplan wird in der ersten Sitzung vorgestellt. Das Seminar schließt inhaltlich an das Seminar zu den philosophischen Grundlagen des Tötungsverbots im Wintersemester 2014/15 an und empfiehlt sich daher besonders für Teilnehmende dieses Seminars. Es kann aber auch ohne diese Voraussetzung problemlos besucht werden.
