We will discuss different facets of the Celtic Englishes in the British Isles (mainly Irish, Scottish, and Welsh English): morphology, syntax, and phonology will be covered, but we will also look at sociolinguistic aspects, e.g. language policy, language attitudes and the connection between nationalism and language.
