Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung werden aktuelle Themen zur Energiefrage behandelt, bei denen jeweils die physikalisch-chemischen Grundlagen im Fokus stehen.
Zu Einzelthemen wie Klima, Verbrennung, alternative Kraftstoffe, Elektroantrieb, Kohlekraftwerke, CO2-Sequestrierung, Brennstoffzelle, Photovoltaik, Solarthermie, Wasser-, Gezeiten-, Wellen- und Windenergie, Kernspaltung und Kernfusion werden Grundlagen erarbeitet.
Ergänzend zur Vorlesung sind kleine Präsentationen und eigene Diskussionsbeiträge der Teilnehmer/innen geplant. Ferner wollen wir mehrere Exkursionen durchführen, um zu einigen Themen Beispiele aus der Praxis anzuschauen.
