Das Seminar ist offen für alle Studierenden, die im letzten Sommersemester an der Veranstaltung ¿Glaubhaftigkeitsbegutachtung bei Verdacht auf sexuellen Kindesmissbrauch¿ teilgenommen haben. Andere Interessierte werden nur nach persönlicher Voranmeldung aufgenommen. Vorgestellt werden aktuelle Fallbeispiele, sowohl aus meiner eigenen Tätigkeit als Glaubhaftigkeitsgutachter, aber auch Gutachten von anderen KollegInnen. Dazu gehören auch gutachterliche Fehlentscheidungen. Darüber hinaus werden laufende Fälle per Aufzeichnung anonymisiert vorgestellt, sodass die Studierenden die Anwendung der Aussageanalyse beispielhaft auch selbst erproben können.
