In dieser Problemfeldanalyse wird mit Hilfe des Buches “Funktionen und Folgen formaler Organisationen” ein spezifisches aktuelles Managementkonzept – die Holacracy – untersucht. Dafür werden bereits erhobene oder noch zu erhebene Interviews in holakratischen Organisationen ausgewertet. Bei Interesse können auch teilnehmende Beobachtungen in holakratischen Organisationen durchgeführt werden.
