In diesem Seminar werden grundsätzliche Aspekte temporärer, befristeter und innovativer Organisation bzw. Ordnung/Ordnungsbildung in Organisationen behandelt. Ferner werden unvorhergesehene, "desorganisierende" Phänomene als unerwünschte/unerwartete Ordnung betrachtet.

Das Seminar richtet sich an ein vornehmlich soziologisches/sozialwissenschaftliches Publikum.
Studierende anderer Fächer können an dem Seminar teilnehmen, insofern sie die Bereitschaft aufbringen, sich mit theoretisch-soziologischen Arbeiten zu befassen.
