250365 Herausforderungen für die Ausgestaltung von Hilfen zur Erziehung (S) (SoSe 2019)

Hilfen zur Erziehung stellen einen der größten Leistungsbereiche der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe dar. Als sozialpädagogische Hilfen reagieren sie auf die Bedingungen des Aufwachsens und die gestiegenen Anforderungen der Lebensbewältigung. Hilfen zur Erziehung nach § 27 SGB VIII werden als Leistungsangebote der öffentlichen Kinder- und Jugendhilfe gewährt, wenn eine dem Wohl des Kindes oder des Jugendlichen entsprechende Erziehung nicht gewährleistet ist und die Hilfe für die Entwicklung als geeignet und notwendig erachtet wird. Das Leistungsspektrum der Hilfen zur Erziehung wird im Überblick vorgestellt und in exemplarischen Arbeitsfeldern vertiefend betrachtet. Die Studierenden erwerben theoretische und praxisbezogene Kenntnisse bezüglich des gesetzlich verankerten Auftrags der Hilfen zur Erziehung.
