Im Kolloquium geht es um den wissenschaftlichen Austausch zwischen Studierenden und verschiedenen Akteuren aus den Bereichen der Public History und geschichtsdidaktischen Forschung.
Die Referentinnen und Referenten sind nicht nur in akademischen Zusammenhängen tätig, sondern ihre beruflichen Bindungen verweisen auch auf Museen, Medien und Privatunternehmen, sowie auf ihre Aktivitäten im Bereich der historischen Kommunikation. Somit geht es darum, ganz unterschiedliche Zugänge zur Geschichte vorzustellen und zu diskutieren. Neben Einzelbeiträgen wird es in diesem Semester zudem wieder zwei Debattenformate geben.
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Kolloquien, in denen überwiegend akademische Expertinnen und Experten zu geschichtswissenschaftlichen Themen sprechen, informiert das Kolloquium Geschichte und Öffentlichkeit über aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Geschichtsdidaktik und gibt zudem spannende Einblicke in den historischen Berufsalltag. Im Sinne einer offenen und konstruktiven Diskussion, freuen wir uns auf eine rege Teilnahme.
