Ziel des Seminars ist es macht- und rassismuskritische Perspektiven zu erarbeiten, um gemeinsam Spielräume positionierten pädagogischen Handelns auszuloten und damit zur Entwicklung einer rassismuskritischen Haltung beizutragen.
Dazu beschäftigen wir uns mit unterschiedlichen Grundlagen rassismuskritischer Theorien, der Bildungsinstitution Schule und deren Umgang mit Vielfalt / Heterogenität/Diversity und Fragen auf Professions- und Handlungsebene.
Dabei werden wir versuchen, uns auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen einer rassismuskritischen Pädagogik anzunähern und uns u.a. mit empirischen Forschungsergebnissen, wissenschaftlichen Theorien, aber auch mit Rassismen in deutschen Kinder- und Jugendbüchern und intersektionalen Verknüpfungen z.B. zum Sexismus auseinandersetzen.
Insgesamt geht es um Fragen der Realisierung einer Bildung für alle in der Migrationsgesellschaft.
Wir freuen uns auf ein Seminar, in dem wir uns den Spannungsverhältnissen migrationsgesellschaftlicher Bildung stellen und uns in diskursive Räume begeben, um das eigene pädagogische Handeln zu ergründen und zu reflektieren.
