Im vorhandenen Schulgarten-Übungsgelände sollen Nutzpflanzen, Heil- und Gewürzkräuter sowie Blumen von den Teilnehmern angebaut und gepflegt werden. In dem begleitenden Seminar wird die Bedeutung des Schulgartens für den Biologieunterricht vertieft behandelt. Aufbau und Organisation eines Schlugartens wird erarbeitet.
