Wahlfachveranstaltung der WFG 5 - Arbeitsrecht (JAG 1993) - und Schwerpunktveranstaltung für SPB 7 - Arbeit und sozialer Schutz (StudPrO 2003). In dieser Veranstaltung werden einzelne Aspekte des Individualarbeitsrechts vertieft, u.a. das Recht des Betriebsübergangs sowie das Kündigungsschutzrecht.
Hinweis zum Erwerb der Leistungsnachweise im Schwerpunktbereich 7 - Arbeit und sozialer Schutz (StudPrO 2003): Für die zum Schwerpunktbereich angemeldeten Teilnehmer wird auf Wunsch eine fünfstündige Klausur angeboten, zu der eine gesonderte Anmeldung beim Prüfungsamt erforderlich ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Aufgabe nach § 43 V S. 2 StudPrO 2003 nicht nur aus dem Gegenstand dieser Veranstaltung stammen kann, sondern aus den Gegenständen der Schwerpunktsbereichsveranstaltungen des SS zu entnehmen ist, die nicht der Wahl der Studierenden unterliegen.
