- sowohl verbale als auch nonverbale und paraverbale Aspekte in der Kommunikation bei sich und anderen berücksichtigen.
- gemäß der Regeln für konstruktives Feedback dieses entsprechend geben und empfangen.
- Aktivierung von Vorwissen
- gezielte Analyse von Videos aus vorangegangenen Lehr-/Lerneinheiten zu Kommunikation hinsichtlich verbaler und non-verbaler Aspekte von Kommunikation
- Feedback geben und empfangen
