In dieser Einführungsveranstaltung soll ein Überblick über zentrale Themen der Arbeits- und Industriesoziologie gegeben werden:
a) die Entstehung und Besonderheiten der 'fordistischen' Industriegesellschaft
b) die organisatorische Formung von Arbeit
c) die De- und Reregulierung von Arbeit
d) aktuelle Veränderungen in der Industrie- und Dienstleistungsarbeit
e) Subjektivierung von Arbeit und der "neue Geist des Kapitalismus" (Boltanski)
