Schnell erscheint es plausibel, dass eine Früherkennung von Entwicklungs- und Verhaltensstörungen einen wichtigen Stellenwert im Rahmen der Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung einnehmen sollte. Die Beleuchtung des tatsächlichen Stellenwertes der Früherkennung wird das Einstiegsthema des Seminars darstellen. Aufbauend darauf werden die grundlegenden Konzepte und methodischen Grundlagen der Früherkennung thematisiert. Zentrales Element des Seminars sollen daraufhin die Erarbeitung von spezifischen Störungsbildern und Entwicklungsdefiziten sowie von Ansätzen zur Früherkennung dieser Störungen sein (z.B. Lese-Rechtschreib-Schwäche, aggressiv-dissoziales Verhalten).
