Das Ziel der Veranstaltung liegt in der zielgruppenspezifischen Aufbereitung von gesundheitsbezogenen Themen im Bereich der Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung im Setting Krankenhaus (voraussichtlich wird die Zusammenarbeit mit zwei krankenhäusern erfolgen), der ambulanten Pflege (ambulanter Pflegedienst) und der Telemedizin.
Hierbei werden Kenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen vermittelt:Rahmenveranstaltung:
• Theoretischer Input zu spezifischen Themen, die in der ambulanten Pflege relevant und aktuell sind
• Vorbereitung der Studierenden auf die Analysearbeit im Unternehmen (Behandlung der Richtlinien zur Erstellung und Erarbeitung von Analyseinstrumenten)
• Evaluation von Arbeitssituationen vor Ort
• Analyse organisationsinterner Unternehmenskommunikation und Strukturen• Die Umsetzung der Zielvorgabe erfordert ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit in der Erschließung eines Praxisfeldes durch angeleitete Kompetenzen in folgenden Bereichen:
• Zugang und Felderschließung
• Erstellung von Analyseinstrumenten mit bzw. in Abstimmung mit den Praktikern vor Ort
