230523 Wortarten und Wortartkonzepte (S) (SoSe 2024)

Die Tradition, Wörter in Wortarten einzuteilen, lässt sich bis in die Antike zurückverfolgen. Heute liegen verschiedene Klassifikationen vor, in denen die Anzahl der Wortarten zwischen fünf und dreizehn variiert. Diese Unterschiede hängen hauptsächlich damit zusammen, dass die Modelle ihrer Unterteilung unterschiedliche Kriterien zugrundelegen.
In dem Seminar werden verschiedene Wortart-Modelle behandelt mit dem Ziel, die Kriterien nachzuvollziehen, auf denen die verschiedenen Klassifikationen basieren. Es erfolgt dann eine kritische Auseinandersetzung mit den Modellen, in deren Mittelpunkt die Frage nach der Konsistenz der zugrundegelegten Kriterien der Einteilung steht.
