Im Seminar setzen wir uns mit neueren Ansätzen in der Biografieforschung auseinander. Gemeinsam machen wir uns auf die Suche nach Objekten, Räumen, Fotografien, Musik, Kleidungsstücken u.a. die mit besonderen Momenten der je eignen Biografie verbunden sind. Diese Elemente greifen wir auf, um sie als erzählgenerierende Impulse für Biografieforschungen zu nutzen: Inwiefern finden wir Spuren unserer Biografien in der Geschichte dieser Elemente, sowie dem Wandel ihrer Wahrnehmung und Bewertung? Wie kann man auf diese Weise Daten über Biografien erheben und auswerten? Ziel des Seminars ist es, sich auf diesem Wege einen Zugang zur Biografieforschung zu erarbeiten, dabei alle nötigen Kompetenzen und Arbeitsschritte einschätzen zu lernen.
