Torben Koch gives a talk On a Strategic Model of Pollution Control (joint work with Giorgio Ferrari) at the 6th International Symposium on Environment and Energy Finance Issues (ISEFI-2018), held from 24 – 25 May in Paris.

Giorgio Ferrari is visiting the department of Mathematics of Abo Akademi (Turku, Finland) in the period May 21-May 25. On May 23 he will give a seminar with title Optimal Reduction of Public Debt under Partial Observation of the Economic Growth.

At the Conference (May 14 – 18) international scientists from mathematics and economics will discuss and further advance new model approaches and explore how people react under uncertainty. This conference is chaired by Frank Riedel and Ulrich Horst (Humboldt University Berlin) and takes place at the ZiF. Frank Riedel has been appointed as an expert in “Economics” in the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee is responsible for the organization of the fourth "Set Optimization for Applications" conference in Jena (February 11-15, 2019).
