Dieses Praktikum soll dem Studierenden Einblick in die experimentelle Laborarbeit geben. Dazu wird aus dem Gebiet der pflanzlichen Genomik eine Aufgabe gestellt, die in der vorgegebenen Zeit gelöst werden kann. Versuchsaufbau sowie experimentelles Vorgehen werden vom Teilnehmer gemeinsam mit einem zugeordneten Betreuer bestimmt, der bei auftretenden Schwierigkeiten Hilfestellung leistet. Ziel dieses Praktikums ist es, die Teilnehmer an eine selbständige Forschungsarbeit heranzuführen, wie sie später bei der Bachelorarbeit zu leisten ist.
