Angelehnt an aktuelle Forschungsprojekte der Arbeitsgruppen am Lehrstuhl für Biochemie und Physiologie der Pflanzen werden experimentelle Fragestellungen zur Biochemie und molekularen Biotechnologie unter individueller Betreuung und Einbindung in die Arbeitsgruppe bearbeitet. Mögliche Themengebiete erstrecken sich von der biochemischen und molekularbiologischen Analyse von Stoffwechselleistungen, die sich für die biotechnologische Modifikation anbieten, bis zur Herstellung und Analyse von transgenen Pflanzen und Mutanten mit veränderter Umweltsensitivität oder Stoffwechselleistung.
