DSpace Universidad de Talca, Chile has modified the OAI-PMH basicurl

The DSpace Universidad de Talca, Chile. has modified the OAI-PMH basicurl, probably related to a DSpace version update.
The new basicurl is http://dspace.utalca.cl/oai/request.
The delivered document urls in dc:identifier are operable now.
